SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING

Dream On Vinyls sets are made to order. Orders enter production after a 48-hour confirmation window. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery: 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods are outside our control.

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-4 business days to begin updating. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email dreamonvinyls@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.

ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes can only be made within the 48-hour window and only by email. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household and neighbours, then contact your local carrier. We are not liable for parcels marked delivered by the carrier, or for parcels stolen after delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
