REFUND POLICY

Every Dream On Vinyls set is MADE TO ORDER. Production begins after a 48-hour confirmation window, and each set is produced individually for the customer who ordered it. Because of this, our policy is strict — please read it before ordering.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You may change or cancel your order within 48 HOURS of placing it, by emailing dreamonvinyls@gmail.com with your order number. After 48 hours the order has entered production and can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded.

RETURNS

As a made-to-order product, items are NOT eligible for return or refund for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. To be eligible you must:

1. Email dreamonvinyls@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of delivery.
2. Provide a CONTINUOUS, UNEDITED VIDEO of the parcel being opened, beginning with the sealed shipping packaging and shipping label clearly visible, and continuing without cuts until the product is fully unpacked.
3. Provide clear photographs of the damage and of the outer packaging.

Claims without an unedited unboxing video that starts on the sealed package cannot be processed, as we are unable to verify whether damage occurred in transit or after delivery.

APPROVED RETURNS

Where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 30% RESTOCKING FEE is deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for refund.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
